JVS provides detailed reports, the contents of which include: The quality of work being carried out / Progress against programme / Observed defects / Record of time lost through inclement weather / Labour and plant on site / Health & Safety observations. JVS will attend Pre-Contract, Design; and Site Meetings as required and agreed.
• We will take digital photographs to accompany reports
• To provide a professional site inspection service to our Clients to ensure Contractors deliver a quality product to the Client’s requirements and expectations
• Check all aspects of works to ensure compliance with the Client’s specification and drawings
• Ensure Contractors comply with current Building Regulations, Health & Safety and other legislation relevant to the Construction Industry and highlighting any areas that may contravene regulations
• Check detailed working drawings as works progress
• Attend design and project meetings during the contract period
• Monitor Contractors programme and highlight any issues of concern to the Client
• Keep detailed records of the works as work progresses
• Conduct snagging inspections on behalf of the Client
